Repurposed Entertainment Center

I turned my entertainment center into craft storage.
I found cube storage that would fit in the opening.
I happened to have 2 of the pieces. I just needed to find the vertical shelves.
Then I started to organize my craft supplies into the unit.
I am really impressed how easily you can repurpose old furniture.

Ikea Raskog Cart Storage

I finished decking out my Ikea Raskog Cart.  I added some Mainstay baskets from Walmart.
I also added mesh drawer organizers for Ribbon, Washi Tape and wood stamps.
The baskets are removable and can be changed out according to what your working on.

Kitchen Platter Chalkboard signs

I've been busy again. I made a couple more chalkboard signs for my daughter's kitchen.

These are 12" long platters.
I used the font Creative Memories Stork's Delivery.
I used vinyl by silhouette.
I cut these out in Cricut Design Space using my Cricut Explore.
I used the utensil image from the Cricut Cartridge Country Life.
The flourish on top and bottom of menu is from the Cricut Heritage cartridge.
I welded the chef hat onto the flourish. The hat is from the Cricut Cartridge Disney Pooh & Friends.

Chalkboard Sign: Home Is Where The Heart Is...

I've been working on making chalkboard signs. This is my first one with more to come.

I used Rust-oleum Chalkboard paint to paint on the Chrome platter. Then I used vinyl lettering and cut them with my Cricut Explore and Design Space.
I used my Bow-it-all to tie the bow. I used my Crop-A-Dile to punch holes in the platter for hanging.
Then I put eyelets in the hole.

4th Of July Banner

Happy 4th of July everyone!!  Hope everyone has a fun and safe holiday!

I've been working on this banner and finished it just in time for the 4th Of July!

Instructions: Cut a piece of paper 5" wide and 11" long.
Score the paper every 1-3/8"

Fold the paper so the 2 ends are facing up. The 3 center pieces will be folded up.
So you will have 3 humps.

Staple the flower in the middle. Then Cut an angle on each end of the paper.
Lay the paper with the 3 humps facing away from you then cut the angles.

This is how it will look from the top view.

Bring the 2 end pieces together and glue to form the flower.

Bring the other ends together and glue to form the full flower.

The stars were cut with Cricut Design Space.
The star is cut from Cricut fonts and basic shapes cartridge.
They were cut 2" wide by 1.9" high.
I used the star shadow to decorate the banner.

Happy Crafting!!
